Bob Billy Ranked ("BBR", "we", "us") operates the website at mx.battleshipgames.org. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

From MX Bikes servers: When you play on a Bob Billy server, your in-game name, player GUID (a unique identifier assigned by MX Bikes), lap times, race results, and race positions are automatically recorded. This data is used to power leaderboards, lap records, and race history displayed on this site.

From account registration: If you create a BBR account, we store your username, email address, and a hashed (encrypted) version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Session tokens: When you log in, we store a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. Tokens expire after 30 days.

IP Addresses & Server Logs

Like virtually every website, our server and network provider (Cloudflare) briefly process your IP address to serve pages and to rate-limit abusive requests (e.g. login attempts). We do not log IP addresses long-term, link them to your account, or use them for tracking or profiling.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use tracking cookies, browser fingerprinting, or any third-party analytics or advertising services. All fonts, scripts, and assets are served directly from our own server — nothing is loaded from Google, Facebook, or any other third-party tracker.

How We Use Your Data

Race and lap data is displayed publicly on leaderboards and race history pages. Your email address is used only for account recovery and is never shared with third parties. We do not sell any data.

Data Removal

To request removal of your data, contact us on Discord. We will remove your account and associated race records upon request.

By using Bob Billy Ranked ("BBR") and its associated servers, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

BBR provides competitive MX Bikes race tracking as a free service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Conduct on Servers

Players on Bob Billy servers must behave respectfully. Cheating, hacking, exploiting, harassment, racism, or any behavior that negatively impacts other players is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban from all Bob Billy servers.

Race Data

Race results, lap times, and player statistics collected on Bob Billy servers are stored and displayed publicly. By playing on a Bob Billy server, you consent to this data being recorded and shown on this website.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Disclaimer

BBR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, server downtime, or issues arising from use of this service. This is a community project and not a commercial product.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
